Julia Lotin, LICSW, PMH-C, has a background in social work, mental health advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. She is extremely passionate about mental health, particularly within the perinatal period. In addition to founding and serving as the Executive Director of Melanin Mass Moms, Julia established Journey to Self Service, a private practice therapy business specializing in individual and couples’ therapy for mothers and birthing people during the perinatal and postpartum stages. Julia is certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and is committed to maternal mental health. 

Join us for Empowered Birth: A Holistic Pregnancy Series. A transformative series designed to support women through pregnancy and pre-pregnancy planning. This engaging and interactive program will provide expert guidance, community support, and practical tools to help you navigate your journey with confidence and well-being.

Each session will be led by professionals who center on maternal health and wellness, offering a well-rounded approach to pregnancy and postpartum care.
