Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.
The BPL offers a suite of resources to help you build a resume, search for employment and give you the skills you need to land your next job or explore a new career.
To schedule an appointment:
1. Decide what career counselor meets your needs.
2. Explore availability by branch location.
3. Schedule an appointment.
Career Counseling Options:
- Are you between the ages of 14-26? If yes, you want to schedule an appointment with the Youth Career Counselor, Santos Rios. Santos visits the following branches: Roxbury, Mattpan, and East Boston.
- Over age 26? Schedule an appointment with either Adult Career Counselor Lauren Butler at the East Boston or Codman Square branches or with a MassHire Downtown Boston Career Counselor at the Roxbury or Central branch of the Boston Public Library.
